StriveScan:
WAO is pleased to announce we have partnered with StriveScan again for the 2024 fairs.
To start scanning at a fair, you’ll need to purchase a StriveScan Fair Credit. The cost is $24 per Credit, and one Credit unlocks scanning at one fair. It includes unlimited student scans and there is no additional charge for multiple reps or multiple devices. Credits can be purchased individually, can be used at any StriveScan fair around the country, and never expire. This is designed to give you lots of flexibility.

Please see our attached Wyoming College Fairs Code of Ethics document. Registered participants will be provided with one table at each venue. Please bring a table banner/cloth to represent you organization and we ask that you provide only information about your institution. You are not permitted under any circumstances to distribute “gimmick” items to students during the Planning Days fairs. This includes, but is not limited to: candy, water bottles, stickers, etc. You are encouraged to use table top displays, electronic video or picture displays. Please do not use audio (sound) or large floor displays. Electrical outlets will not be available during the fairs.
